“Hi Whirlpool, My load and go dispenser worked great at first. Now it keeps getting diluted with water. I have checked the Dilution and Hard water settings and they are correct (at 2 and normal). The machine is clean, the tray for chemicals is clean.Help”

Hello Diluted! We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend contacting Whirlpool at 800-253-1301. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.
