Just received my dryer on Dec 10 and it has sat for over 2 weeks waiting for repair. Yes, brand new and needs repair. The repair man came Jan 5 and now needs to order parts so probably will wait another couple of weeks. So if you can reach your drying rack this appliance is for you. I am trying to return it.
