Please try again later.I thought all WFW6620HW FRONT LOAD washers came with the 'Load & Go' feature, which allows you to fill the dispenser then forget about it for many loads before refilling. I actually had a problem with this feature on my new washer where it was using all the detergent in one load. Geek Squad was great in scheduling pick-up and replacement of the machine, though on back-order, since it was delivered just one week ago.
