Hello! This model has the Faucet Switch on the console and it has to be activated with the lid up. It can't be used while in an actual cycle, it is intended for prewash. If we use the water faucet to try and add additional water to the tub before a cycle is started - it will drain the water out before filling. With this feature only Tap Cold can be used.
