QuestionCan the faucet feature be used at the beginning of a regular cycle, or is it restricted to only the Soak cycle? If it is only for the Soak cycle I will be very disappointed. And why can't the faucet water be set to warm?

- Answer Hello! This model has the Faucet Switch on the console and it has to be activated with the lid up. It can't be used while in an actual cycle, it is intended for prewash. If we use the water faucet to try and add additional water to the tub before a cycle is started - it will drain the water out before filling. With this feature only Tap Cold can be used. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

QuestionHow do I do rinse and spin with no rinse and spin cycle. The manual says to select Drain and Spin with an extra rinse. I did that and it "drained and spun" twice, but there was no rinse - never any water at all. I swim so I need this feature.
