“How do I get my washer to submerge my clothes in the water? I've the deep water option and they are still not covered the clothes I put on the top never reaches the bottom. Did I get a defective machine or am I doing something wrong?”

• Hi Tina, the Deep Water Wash option should make the water fill up the basket, to where the clothes just break the surface of the water.
