• The old appliances was removed by the Best Buy technician when they came in to set the new appliances. I paid for the removed of the old appliance as part of the purchase price of the new appliance.

• I believe there is a small charge for them to either move or haul away existing appliance. You select the option during the checkout process and it adds it to your total.
