A:Answer While I own this machine for less than a month, I would say No under normal usage. The reason any washer leaves white spots on black clothing can be many, which include: overloading, type of detergent, and the use of water. For example, overloading the washer prevents the agitator from working properly and would cause the detergent stuck among clothing. If washing with a cold water cycle, the washing detergent may not dissolve properly thus leave the white residue on clothing.
