- Answer This machine does not have an internal heater. You must set your water heater to 160 degrees. The washer must be closer to the water heater to get hot water. The only way to sanitize is for a washer to have an internal heater.

QuestionI have cabinets that start 52" off the ground and come 17" from the wall. Can anybody tell me how many inches the open lid sits from the front of the machine? Then I could gauge how far off the wall it'd have to be to fit.

- Answer The back of my cabinet is 8 inches from the wall and at 52 inches high the lid is 17.5 inches from the wall. The total height of the open lid is 57 inches.

- Answer Push Start, Drain & Spin. Go to the Spin button, select speed, go to Temp button, select water temp and hit the Start button again. It will rinse & spin only. Works great.
