QuestionIs there a setting on this washer that allows water to start filling on an empty tub? I'd like to have the washer start filling with a little water first, add detergent, and then add all my clothes.

- Answer Yes, , push start then open the lid so water starts to fill . Then you close lid. The lid locks.

QuestionI cannot find a manual that explains how to use this washer. For example, how does the pretreat station work? What is the "bulk drawer" for? I can't find answers to these questions, and I received no information with the machine.

- Answer The pre-treat is a separate little fillable brush that has its own spot. The bulk drawer has a water pre soak spout, detergent section, and softener section. They also come out easily to clean them .

- Answer Nope, it is a top load, so it would be harder to fill if it was higher, unless you are 6'9"

QuestionThe machine is muted and I don’t know how to turn the sound back on. There is no sound at the end of cycle or when you press a button. I have tried pressing the cycle signal button, but changing the volume there doesn’t do anything.

QuestionCan you put regular powder detergent in the detergent pull out drawer or do you have to put it directly on the clothes??

- Answer Depends I use multiple detergent for different things. What matters is you use an HE detergent. Most nowadays are. It said this machine isn’t HE but it is. But you have the button to override that. So I use Tide powder for cloth diapers and that goes in the loading tray compartment or the drum whichever you prefer. You just have to take out the extra plastic part that is for liquid. I use Dreft which is a liquid for baby clothes and that goes in the compartment as well. I use the pods for our adult regular clothes those have to go in the drum on the bottom which nothing in the compartment. Hope this helps

QuestionHow do I change the temperature for the faucet? Its only allowing tap cold, I have hot and cold for cycles but only tap cold for the faucet

- Answer Amanda, you would need to select the temperature selection that you would like to have for your cycle. Please note that even if warm or hot is selected, some cold water will be mixed into the Washer to help get it to the desired temperature.
