“I cannot find a manual that explains how to use this washer. For example, how does the pretreat station work? What is the "bulk drawer" for? I can't find answers to these questions, and I received no information with the machine.”

The pre-treat is a separate little fillable brush that has its own spot. The bulk drawer has a water pre soak spout, detergent section, and softener section. They also come out easily to clean them .
