“Does anyone else think this washer is extreamly loud? Also my clothes almost never come out clean even on the heavy or bulky load”

• Monica, we are terribly sorry to hear this. Please make sure you are not putting items directly over the wash plate in the middle but around the side walls. • Mine is going right now with a small load in. I can hear it two rooms away even with laundry room door closed. It’s sooo irritating as I paid almost $1000 for it in November. (It’s also rewashing all the stuff that didn’t come out clean the first time.)

• Strange, I recently bought one and you can barely hear it as it is very silent. Clothes come out clean.
