“will the door stay open if not all the way open? my cabinets are at 54””

• Hi - unfortunately, this Whirlpool - 4.8 Cu. Ft. Smart Top Load Washer with Load & Go Dispenser does not stay open unless the door is open the full way.

• Door has plenty of room for 54 inch cabinets, 12.5 inches deep, with machine 6.5 inches from wall for hoses. Front of machine is 34 inches from wall. Door does not stand straight up
