QuestionWe just had our new top loader installed and did first load last night, It was a smaller than normal load with nothing heavier than a few towels. It was extremely loud, the drum seemed to screetch and the clothes did not turn over (agitate).

QuestionHow do you use the softener dispenser to dispense liquid into the washer.I pressed the button ,but nothing releases inside the machine when load is washing. I have searched the internet but nothing is showing for what I’m looking for on the chrome shadow
