It depends on what you consider 'better.' I noticed the Stainless models were less than the painted models (after a discount), but that is not better for me as nothing else in my kitchen is stainless. I look at 'all specs' to determine which features are best for me. I suspect the quality of all the models, within a brand's parameter, would be similar. Some features would typically increase the price: additional burners, sealed burners, higher Btu burners, WiFi, convection, AirFry, etc.
