• Hello! We would recommend contacting Whirlpool at 1-800-253-1301. They are available weekdays, between 8 am to 8 pm EST. They would be able to further assist you. However, please make sure that you have the unit in Fahrenheit and not Celsius. This will display the temperature differently. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.

• You have to change the setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
