“What is the best way to clean or wipe down the grates? When I do so with a washcloth you get fuzzies all over the grates.”

• I take them to the sink and use a brush to deep clean them. They are iron so if you rub them down with vegetable oil every now and then they stay fairly non stick

• I use a kitchen towel without pile (often referred to as as a dish towel) sprayed with a good de-greaser.
