“Are the top burners able to be adjusted for flame height? Read a complaint that the low setting on the burners was not low enough, cooking too high of heat. Can I calibrate the settings or am I stuck with the factory settings?”

The low setting is still fairly hot. When I cook rice I have to remove the pot for 3-5 minutes to adjust. But it depends on the burner. If you use a smaller burner then you won’t have that issue but the big ones are hot
