“When you remove the agitator, is there a cap that goes over the attachment point of the agitator so clothes don’t get caught? Or are there two separate pieces that remove? Replace agitator with impeller?”

Hello! Once the agitator is removed a spring loaded cap will pop up to prevent clothes from getting caught or snagged. Thank you for your inquiry about our Whirlpool® appliances.
