• A:Answer Hi, Steph. The Washer WTW8127LC has a water faucet feature. Press the faucet button once to turn on. The faucet will automatically shut off after 10 minutes or when max water level is reached. Water will automatically drain if water level becomes too high or if the lid is left open for 10 minutes. • A:Answer Didn't try yet but maybe I have solution... Go into your Whirlpool app and hit shortcut to show all washer features. Then go into utility cycles. I think drain and spin should do it. Hope that works. I've had same issue few days ago so wish i knew about this.
