“Silly question probably because people should already know how to set time/temp. BUT, Where are the instructions for setting the clock, setting cooking times, etc? I don't find anything anywhere in any material. thx”

It’s really easy. Press clock button and use up and down arrows to set time.Then press the arrow that points right. To set cook time,press that button.Use arrows to input time,press the arrow. This option cooks for as long as you set and then goes off. The timer is the same. Just don’t press the X as that turns everything off.
