- Answer Hello Kmart! This model does have a lot of space, however, materials and thickness can vary with bedding. We would recommend following the manufacturer's instructions on the bedding and if placed in the unit to not overload. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.

- Answer Hello! Touch LOAD & GO button to view detergent dispensing options. Hold LOAD & GO button on the control panel to choose a detergent concentration between 2X and 10X. Hold for 3 seconds. Leave it on 2X. We hope this helps.

QuestionWith the Load and Go button (model #WTW8120HC) what is it's purpose? I disable to wash machine:therefore no detergent comes in tub..When I start to wash my clothes, do the LDetergent continue n tub?

- Answer Hello, if you have disabled the feature you would need to reenable the feature to have detergent go back in the tub. We hope this helps.

QuestionWhy would this washer be so sensitive to loads throwing the machine out of balance. The tub seems very easily moved side to side. Large loads or bulky ones wash without a hitch. Is there something wrong with the machine or am I doing it wtong?
