Make sure the oven is cooled to room temperature and then remove all racks and accessories from the oven cavity. For best results, pour 10 oz (295 mL) of distilled or filtered water onto the oven bottom. The Steam Clean feature will take a total of 20 minutes. “End” will appear in the display at the end of the cycle. Do not open the oven during the cycle. Be sure to hand dry any remaining water residue from the oven.
