“What do you use to cook on the middle burner? Does it come with a griddle?”

Mine did come with a griddle although it was not packed with the stove when it arrived. I went back to Best Buy and they told me it should have been with the stove as displayed on the floor and they gave me one. Another item that can be used on that middle burner would be something like a turkey roasting pan to boil down the drippings.

Typically, this oval burner is intended to be used to make gravy from an oven pan. You put the oven pan (w/the drippings) on top of this element instead of juggling it over two burners like on a traditional 4 burner stove.
