Yes, of course. The power does not affect gas flow, only electronic ignition. Matches work fine.

Hi Norrah the WEG745H0FS surface burners can be lit. Here are our notes: In case of prolonged power failure, the surface burners can be lit manually. Hold a lit match near a burner, and then turn knob counterclockwise to IGNITE. After burner lights, turn knob to setting. The oven can not be manually lit.
