“Is baking only by "convection"? Is the oven function to only bake by "convection" or does it also bake traditionally? Also, how do bake times/methods change when switching to convection? For example, would there be a standard percentage change in baking time to apply?”

No. You can choose bake or convection bake. I love the oven.

It bakes both ways. They said to lower the bake time by 1/3. I only have used the convection to keep things warm and love it!

From my understanding baking and convection is two different modes. I know you have to adjust your temps and baking times on both modes. That's the best answer I have. Still experimenting with ours...
