“If my internet goes down can I still be able to bake? Does it still retain memory with the internet down? Is the touch screen sensitive especially when being cleaned? Is there a screen lock button to keep anybody (like children) from tampering with it?”

Hello DRISE! Yes, if the internet is down you can still back. You would just not be able to use any of the Scan-to-Connect technology. There is a Control Lock feature, to use when cleaning or for children to assist with non use of the appliance. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
