If you have a large amount of grease splatter, Greased Lightning works well to remove it. We use the Weiman brand cooktop cleaner spray for everyday use, and it works well. They also have a polish that comes with a pad and scraper if there is a larger mess. This cooktop is so much easier to keep clean than my last one was!
