“What exactly does "precise cleaning" mean? Does this particular model have a steam clean option as well as a self cleaning option?”

• Hi Diane, Precise Cleaning means it automatically cleans the oven based on soil level, so the self cleaning cycle only lasts as long as necessary. No harsh chemicals or cleaners are required. • Not sure. We are running it for the first time as I write this. Bought ours in November of 2016. Instructions are poorly written in the printed manual. It shows 6 levels, but there are infinite because you enter the precise amount of time you want it to self-clean for. We are trying 2:00 (two hours) this time.
