“From what I have read, the oven may stick out farther from the wall than my current oven. What is the best and easiest solution: recessing the outlet or moving the outlet to a specific side of the wall where there is space at the back of the oven?”

The back of the range is recessed to allow for connections. This model's convection cooking is a great way to cook better and to cook faster; Convection Conversion will do the math for you to adjust cooking times and temperatures from your favourite recipes!
