Is the stainless steel finger print resistant? null

No it isn't, I believe only Frigidaire Gallery and a lot of the black stainless steel options with other brands are (I don't think all of them). However, we have had ours for a couple weeks and there is definitely a difference in how fast the stove top heats up compared to our old. The only caution I would give is with the double oven it limits the space needed for a floor plug-in so the oven may sit out an extra inch or so more than a single oven depending on where your plug in is.

Resistant might be the key word. It will be easier to clean then regular stainless but don't expect the ease of a white appliance because its not happening. Overall we like the stove but also be aware that if your plug is in the floor the stove will not push back tight to the wall. You will then need an electrician to move the socket to the lower wall and incurr an extra expense.

I just found out that no prints are left when hands/fingers are dry. Yes they to leave prints if your hands or finger are wet and you touch the stainless steel part. Sorry about that. didn't check with wet fingers.

The handles for the ovens are stainless and no prints left on those. Just put my fingertips and hands all over the front and no marks were left. Hope this helps you.
