- Answer There is something definitely wrong inside of the unit I would call the manufacture immediately as you do not want any issues and have them come out and look at it since you just purchased it especially if it's within 30 days and if especially if they did the installation.

QuestionIs the temp on the auto dry settings preset, or can you select your own temp? For instance can I use the longest auto dry setting with medium heat, even though the manual says that one uses high heat?

- Answer The dryer has settings for HIGH Heat, MEDIUM Heat and LOW Heat. You can adjust it to the weight of the load. ex: light clothes can been dried on Low.

Questionis the front of the dryer flat or does it bulge outwards?Am trying to understand whether the middle of the front of the unit sticks out slightly more than at the edges. Thanks

- Answer Absolutely!!! Not to mention, pleasantly surprised with the space. I recommend using the stop static ball to keep it fluffy, although there is a plethora of features for that as well.
