Hi..I cannot get timing feature (15…30…45 etc.) to work.. null

you can only use time drying by minute feature if you turn the dial to one of the 3 timed cycle options.

To get the time cycle to work, please select "Timed Dry", then on the screen press Time to the amount of time that you are wanting the cycle to be on for. After all your selections have been made, press and hold the Start/Pause button for 1 second until all status lights are illuminated, then release to start cycle. If you are still in need of assistance, would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available M -F 8 am to 6 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
