    • Answer We are sorry to hear about your concern with your Whirlpool® Dryer model WGD4107SW. To get the time cycle to work, please select "Timed Dry", then on the screen press Time to the amount of time that you are wanting the cycle to be on for. After all your selections have been made, press and hold the Start/Pause button for 1 second until all status lights are illuminated, then release to start cycle. If you are still in need of assistance, would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available M -F 8 am to 6 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.

    • Answer Hello! For model WGD4107SW the lint screen is located on top of the dryer, near the control panel. Cleaning the Lint Screen Every load cleaning: The lint screen may be located either in the door opening or the top of the dryer depending on model. A screen blocked by lint can increase drying time. The Check Vent will light up when lint has accumulated and needs to be cleared from the dryer vent. Keeping this clean will improve the drying performance. Steps to clean the vent can be found in the online product guide.
