“This dryer is not getting hot we just purchased it used from someone moving and he said it was 3 yrs old it looks brand new but not getting hot. Are we doing something wrong it is a gas dryer”

Whirlpoolduetdryer, if the appliance was installed and connected to your gas supply correctly it should be heating. If you have connected it properly and it is not heating, it may need to be serviced. Please give us a call at 800-253-1301 for assistance. We are available from 8am-8pm Monday-Friday.
