QuestionThis dryer is not getting hot we just purchased it used from someone moving and he said it was 3 yrs old it looks brand new but not getting hot. Are we doing something wrong it is a gas dryer

QuestionCan this machine be taken apart? I have a narrow stairway and the machine is about 3 inches too wide to fit down the steps. There is plenty of room where it will be located though. I live in an older row home.
