Yes the washer has the dispenser that holds 30 loads of detergent. Yes its interest free for 18 months. I believe they do haul off old units, cant remember if its included because I didnt need that but I remember reading it somewhere when I was doing all my research and thinking that's cool...but double check. Not sure about the hoses being universal.
