Yes, the installation and delivery was free with our purchase and the technician did a trial run but, left before the cycle completed.

They attach the hoses in the free installation and haul away. The man who did mine tested it out to make sure it was working properly.

Yes, the price of the hoses covers free shipping and installation. As a matter of fact, we got a great deal from Best Buy which is cheaper than other stores such as Sears.

yes, they took out the old one, brought in the new one, set it up. He then ran it through a cycle and explained it. Left me with the booklet and papers. Piece of cake. Very Helpful.

Sorta kinda but not really. The guys who delivered mine hooked up the hoses - but they didn't properly level the machine on our sloping basement floor, and didn't start it up for testing. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for their 'service'.

we had free delivery,installation and haul away. So yes they hooked up the hoses and everything without charge. They did not do a 'trial run' as you ask, but I don't think that is customary either.
