• Yes. It is quiet and you don't know it is running. It starts out slow but it gets everything so clean. It will pick up speed and you will not notice it.

• Amanda, I recently bought this machine too and to be honest, I wish I had my old machine back. This one is already broken at just 4 months. It is VERRRRRY SLOOOOW and it takes FOREVER to wash a normal load.
