“I just bought this washer and have washed the same load 3 times on different settings (even deep water) but some of my clothes are still partially dry. So frustrated that there is not enough water or the machine doesn't move my clothes. Is it broke?”

Hi Harmon, Most ENERGY STAR qualified washers extract more water during the spin cycle, providing further energy savings when using a clothes dryer because drying time will be shorter. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.How high is your spin cycle on? This really makes a difference when we are washing, things come out almost dry. It depends on the fabrics too. Thin cotton items like scrubs come out almost dry. The cycle that's working best is mixed and I turn down the spin cycle by one instead of the automatic 3 that it puts it on.
