“After quick wash water does not get drained properly, Clothes are very wet and hold lot of water. Had to put again for rinse and spin which takes additional time / water and electricity. Can some one suggest is it regular to hold lot of water on clothes”

I too have had this problem. I don't know the answer. I think it is a terrible waste of energy and time.
