“We just purchased a Cabrio model WTW7300DW2 from Best Buy in Bowling Green, KY. , the machine is level. When the spin cycle runs , the machine shakes considerably. Is this normal or what is causing it. I believe the part that spins is out of balance.”

Take it back now. Save your marriage. It will not get better. The design on this machine is flawed. We are buying something else as well as one of my neighbors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We try to balance out the load in little piles of clothes, like we would if it had an agitator and leave the center open. Once I had it stopped when I was washing sheets because the load was unbalanced. It does make different sounds, and the salesman warned us that this was different from older washers, the sounds and mechanics would be different that what we were used to.
