QuestionHow long is actual wash part of gentle cycle in Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum washer? It doesn't tell on monitor when the wash is happening and when rinse starts. I always wonder how long it has before I can't add a last little piece of forgotten laundry.

QuestionHow much detergent will the dispenser hold? Will it hold enough in reserve so you don't have to fill it every load?

QuestionHave been using powder at bottom of drum at beginning of wash. I read on another link that there is a soak cycle first. Does it go directly into the wash cycle without wasting the soap? I have had other washers end up washing with plain water.

QuestionI've washed a comforter several times and each time, when the cycle is done, there is a small collection of lint/dirt/pet hair sitting on top of the comforter, right in the middle, as I open the washer. Is this normal? Why doesn't this drain away?

QuestionDoes anyone else have residue on their clothes after the wash? I've tried powder as well as liquid detergent (yes, HE). Without fail, there are always a few garments that have white stains all over them. Never had this problem before.

QuestionJust had this installed after my front loader died. This one is so loud, especially the agitator. Is it supposed to be so loud?? It gets so many great reviews so I’m wondering if something is wrong with it.
