The lint trap is located just inside the dryer at the front.

Zenadog, the lint screen you were talking about is located in the dryer, at the bottom of the door opening. It is not on the top. I hope this helps, Melanie

Lint trap on on the bottom and is nested under the door when the door is closed. Additionally, the lint trap is very well designed and has a large capacity. I was impressed with it.
