Hello, Deb! Unfortunately this dishwasher will not fit in the opening you have available. The cut-out height for this dishwasher, model WDF530PAYW, will need to be a minimum 33 7/8". Thank you for your interest in a Whirlpool dishwasher!

The product indicates a minimum vertical clearance of 33 7/8" is required for normal installations. However, (quoting directly from the product installation instructions) the minimum vertical clearance "can be reduced to 33 1/2" by removing the rear leveling legs from dishwasher." So, by doing so, you would be able to install this dishwasher under your 33 3/4" counter top. Hope this is helpful to you.
