IS IT BECAUSE OF THE DETERGENT I USE OR THE MALFUNCTION OF MACHINE? ACCORDING TO MANUAL, IF DISHES DON'T COME OUT CLEAN, I SHOULD INCREASE THE HIGHER NUMBER IN RINSEAID, SO I INCREASE THE NUMBER FROM 2 TO NUMBER 4. PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT I SHOUID DO FOR CLEANING MY DISHED. THANK YOU.”

I have been using the Finish Powerball tablets and I have not experienced any residue problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In addition to increasing the number in RInse Aid, make sure your rinse aid compartment is full. And are you using the Finish tablets or a powdered detergent that you pour in. The tablets are recommended for the dishwasher. Also be sure to run the dishwasher on the setting that is appropriate for how dirty your dishes are. And maybe try cleaning out the filter in the bottom. Hope this helps!

The hot water must be set to 120 degree F. Make sure your detergent is fresh and that your detergent dispenser is opening completely. You will see it open at the end of the wash.
