Q: Does this model have an adjustable upper rack?

A: Dear Customer: This dishwasher, model WDT710PAYM, does have an adjustable upper rack as well as a cup shelf, light item clips and fold-down adjustable tines. Thank you for your interest in a Whirlpool dishwasher!

Q: Is there any other silverware basket that will fit this machine, as the openings to hold the flatware are too narrow.

A: I leave the flatware lid up and just put the utensils in loosely. They stay in ok. Works for me.

Q: Has anyone had staining problems on the stainless front panel after drying cycle?

A: Do you mean stains that seem to come from the steam vent? I haven't had any problems with that, but I did have some smudges that were difficult to remove after installation. I have to admit that the stainless has been harder to keep clean than I expected.
