• Hello, I am sorry as I can imagine how frustrating this can be. The cycle signal button can be held down for a count of five seconds (1 one-thousand, 2 one-thousand, 3 one-thousand, etc.,) until the light comes off. That should help to release the lock in the future. I hope this works, Melanie
