“Exactly what is supposed to be in the box? What I received was obviously used and looked like it sat open in a garage for a couple years. Just ice bucket and icemaker unit. no hardware or instructions.”

When received I only had the bucket icemaker and instructions and per instructions thats all that it came with, This IMO is a replacement so its under the assumption you are replacing an existing unit.
