They installed mine when it was delivered. Very easy to install .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i don’t know. I purchased mine 6 months ago and it hasn’t worked yet. It created a big ice block on the back of my freezer and the water willed the ice tray and created a big block of ice with small cubes. I have been in a battle since mid August with Best Buy and they haven’t fixed it yet. I have dealt with several people in the company and the whole process has been brutal. I believe they are finally going to come out this coming Friday to replace the entire refrigerator and ice maker. You would think Best Buy would have offered me a gift card or something to make up for the 6 months of haste. But they have not.
